摘要
对某铜钼矿石进行了选矿试验研究。采用铜钼混选,铜钼混合粗精矿经一段再磨、铜钼一粗三精分离的浮选工艺流程,以石灰为调整剂,煤油为捕收剂混合浮选铜钼,QN为铜矿物抑制剂,进行铜钼分离,获得了钼精矿钼品位为48.12%、钼回收率为87.93%,铜精矿铜品位为13.19%、铜回收率为87.16%。
Beneficiation test was conducted for a copper-molybdenum ore using a flowsheet comprised of a bulk flotation, a regrinding of bulk concentrate, and a Mo/Cu separation with one roughing and three stages of cleaning. Cu-Mo bulk flotation was carried out with lime as the regulator and kerosene as the collector, while QN was used as a copper mineral depressant for Mo/Cu separation. A molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 48.12% was obtained with the Mo recovery of 87.93%, and a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 13.19% was obtained with the Cu recovery of 87. 16%.
