基于胜任力构成模型的招聘模式比较 被引量:3

摘要 本文在介绍胜任力及其构成模型的基础上,通过对能力招聘、价值观招聘和胜任力招聘的比较,认为企业招聘有必要向胜任力招聘转型,并提出了相应的对策建议。
