摘要
从地质录井、工程录井、录井信息化3个方面归纳总结了国外录井技术进展现状,在此基础上提出了未来录井技术的发展方向。国外在地质录井方面注重微观分析,以岩屑CT扫描、激光元素分析、现场伽马扫描等构成了建立地质剖面的重要手段;油气检测从烃类气体扩展到流体和非烃成分分析,半透膜脱气器、FLUX定量脱气器有效解决了样品定量问题;质谱、光谱、色谱的应用将分析范围从C1-C5提升到了C1-C10;在工程录井方面,国外注重提速提效和安全监控,在钻柱振动、井眼稳定性、井涌、压力预测等方面形成了特色系列产品。录井信息正在逐渐成为实时作业中心的重要信息源,录井仪正在成为井场的信息中心。未来录井技术研究将从地面采集延伸到地下采集,从定性分析发展到定量分析,着重打造井场信息中心。
The paper summarized the status of foreign mud logging technology from geological logging,engineering logging and mud logging informalization and put forward the future development direction of mud logging technique.The abroad geological logging focuses on micro-analysis,in which the cutting CT scan,laser element analysis and field gamma scan are used as important means of setting up the geological profiles.The hydrocarbon detection extended from the hydrocarbon gases to the analysis of fluid and non-hydrocarbon components,the semi-permeable membrane degasser and FLUX quantitative degasser have effectively solved the problem of sample quantification,and the application of mass spectrograph,spectrograph and chromatograph has elevated the analysis range from C1-C5 to C1-C10.In engineering logging,the abroad focuses on speed,efficiency and safety monitoring,forming a characteristic series of products in drilling string vibration,borehole stability,kick and pressure prediction.The mud logging information is gradually becoming an important information source for real-time operation center and mud logging instrument is becoming an information center on well site.The future study of mud logging technique will extend from the ground collection to the underground,from the qualitative analysis to quantitative,and the well site information center will be set up in more effort.
