摘要
目的:概述中医证候规范化的研究概况。方法:查阅近年来相关文献,从证的定义、研究成果、存在问题等方面进综述。结果:证在整个中医药理论体系的框架内始终处于核心地位,它是连接临床和基础理论的桥梁,也是中医理论现代化能够取得突破的关键点。结论:中医证候的规范化有助于认清疾病本质,准确把握证候研究方向,从而提高辨证论治的水平。
Objective :Summarised the research overview of normalization of TCM syndrome.Methods:Referring to the related literatures in recent years,make a review from the definition of syndrome,achievements,problems and other aspects.Results:In the theoretical system of Chinese medicine,it has always been at the core of the framework.it is a bridge of clinical and basic theory,and it is also the key point to a breakthrough of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine theory.Conclusion:Systematically review of the research process is useful to understand the nature of disease and accurately grasp of the syndrome research to improve diagnosis and treatment level.
