摘要
采用室内模拟装置对无碱脱臭Ⅱ型工艺催化剂AFS-12 的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,使用催化剂AFS-12的无碱脱臭工艺,当进料空速小于2 h- 1时,能满足不同结构和不同硫醇硫含量原料油的脱臭。催化剂的活性组分在使用过程中不流失,其活性和稳定性均优于磺化酞菁钴催化剂。助剂ZH-22不仅能提高催化剂的活性和稳定性,还具有清洗催化剂床层的作用。
Investigation of the application performance of AFS 12 catalyst for the new caustic free sweetening process was conducted on a pilot plant simulating the commercial unit operation. The test results indicated that the optimum space velocity for various feeds should be less than 2h to fulfil the sweetening of different thiols with different structures contained in the feeds. The active component of AFS 12 catalyst had not run off during sweetening. The activity and stability of the catalyst showed better than those of cobalt phthalocyanine sulfonate. The cocatalyst ZH 22 not only enhanced the activity and the stability of the catalyst, but also cleaned the catalyst bed.
