摘要
毒理蛋白质组学(toxic proteomics)整合了经典毒理学、病理学和蛋白质差异表达技术,形成潜在的强有力的毒性风险评价工具。本文介绍了火灾烟气毒性研究的现状,并指出在火灾烟气毒性研究中使用蛋白质组学的研究手段必将使火灾烟气毒性致毒机理、生物标志物和代谢产物等方面的研究取得重大进展。
Toxicoproteomics that integrates classic toxicology,pathology and protein express analysis technology has promoted toxicology to a new level.Toxicoproteomics is defined as a study that is important in responses to fire gas toxicant exposures.This article presented the progress of combustion toxicology.And it pointed out that the research of combustion toxicology will make a great progress by the application of toxicproteomics.
