摘要
为促进农村实用人才为社会主义新农村建设提供有力的人才保证和智力支持,以社会主义新农村建设中的人才需求为背景,对农村实用人才研究的基本观点进行了全面考察分析,研究内容主要在农村实用人才的基本内涵、重要性、队伍建设现状和开发对策研究4个方面取得了重要进展。纵观农村实用人才的研究历程,提出农村经济社会发展的客观需求、农村的教育培训创新和建立健全科学的机制体制是促进农村实用人才发展的3个动力因素。
AIn order to promote rural practical talents for the socialism new rural construction provide strong guarantee of talented personnel and intelligence support. The talents requirement in new socialist countryside construction was the context of the paper. The basic viewpoint of rural practical talents research was comprehensively reviewed and analyzed. Four aspects important progress were achieved in research content which include basic meaning, importance, status of staff, and exploitation strategy of rural practical talents. Three dynamical factors which promote rural practical talents development are the objective requirement of rural economic and social development, education training and innovation in countryside and construction of perfect and scientific mechanism and system.
