摘要
针对水利工程设计方案各评价技术指标间模糊且相互关联的特点,研究了系统方案的决策问题,该文在综合考虑从优隶属度和灰色关联的基础上,提出了改进灰色关联模糊决策方法,从整体角度寻求系统的最优设计方案。运用模糊数学隶属函数理论,对原始数据进行无量纲化和归一化处理,为防止技术指标信息在评价过程中丢失,建立了技术指标权重集及灰色关联系数矩阵,通过综合评价模型,实现了设计方案的模糊优选。最后,以某水利工程设计方案优选为例,验证该模型可以有效减少评价过程中的主观因素干扰,能全面、客观地对设计方案做出决策。
Aiming at fuzzy relations and correlations dominant among various technical evaluation indexes of hydraulic project design scheme,this paper studies decision-making of system design,and puts forth a method of improved grey relation fuzzy decision-making.This method considers preferred subjection degree and grey incidence,and seeks an optimal design scheme from a whole perspective of complex system.In the method,raw data are non-dimensionalized and normalized by theory of fuzzy math subjection function,and a set of technical index weight and a coefficient matrix of grey incidence are recorded to avoid loss of index information in the evaluation.For hydraulic project design,the optimization method can be implemented through a comprehensive evaluation model.A case study of a hydraulic project is used to verify the model,and the results show that the new method effectively reduces subjective disturbances to the evaluation so as to obtain a more comprehensive and more objective decision-making of design scheme.
