摘要
针对剪板机伺服控制系统的实际需求,在分析了剪板机常用伺服控制方法的基础上,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器。采用模糊控制和PID相结合,克服了传统PID控制的一些缺点。通过对控制系统建模、仿真,其结果表明,和模糊控制、传统PID相比较,该控制器在超调量、调节时间、抗干扰、鲁棒稳定性等方面有更好的品质。
In order to meet the requirement of Hydraulic Shearing Machine control system,a fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed based on the premise of Hydraulic Shearing Machine control method.By bringing in fuzzy control and PID,it overcomes the traditional PID control method's disability.Based on the mathematic model of the control system,the simulation of control algorithms is carried out,which indicates that compared with the fuzzy control and the traditional PID,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has better character in certain areas,such as the overshot,the adjustingtime,the capacity of anti-interference,robustness and so on.
