不同产地苍术中β-桉叶醇含量的测定 被引量:4

Determination of β-eudesmol in Rhizoma Atraxtylodis from Different Areas

摘要 目的对不同产地苍术中β-桉叶醇进行含量测定,为苍术的品质评价提供依据。方法气相色谱法,选用HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以正十五醇为内标物,气化室温度为270℃,柱温为185℃,氢气流量为40mL.min-1,空气流量为380mL.min-1,进样量为1μL。结果β-桉叶醇线性范围:0.098~0.787mg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.22%,RSD为1.53%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于苍术药材及其饮片的质量控制。 Objective To carry out content determination on β-eudesmol in Rhizoma atractylodis grown in different locations,so as to provide evidence for evaluating this herb.Methods Gas chromatography was used,with HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol capillary column,hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID),injection port temperature at 270℃,column temperature at 185℃,hydrogen flow at 40mL·min-1,air flow at 380mL·min-1,and sampling volume at 1μL.Results The linear range of β-eudesmol was 0.098~0.787mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 99.22%,RSD was 1.53%.Conclusion The determination method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of the medicinal materials and prepared slices of Rhizoma atractylodis.
