新型功能性蜜枣对小鼠镇静催眠作用的研究

摘要 [目的]观察新型功能性蜜枣对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。[方法]将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、地西泮组、功能性蜜枣高、低剂量组。连续灌胃14 d后,以自发活动测试仪测定小鼠的自发活动,并进行睡眠功能性评价试验。[结果]与空白组相比,高剂量、低剂量功能性蜜枣均可极显著减少小鼠的自发活动次数(P<0.01),但未出现睡眠现象;高剂量、低剂量功能性蜜枣能延长注射戊巴比妥钠小鼠的睡眠时间,但与空白组相比无显著性差异;高剂量、低剂量功能性蜜枣均能显著增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量作用下小鼠的入睡率,入睡小鼠的睡眠时间也有所延长,但与空白组入睡小鼠的睡眠时间比较,没有显著性差异;高剂量、低剂量功能性蜜枣均能缩短巴比妥钠催眠下小鼠的睡眠潜伏期,并且高剂量组与空白组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]新型功能性蜜枣有明显的镇静催眠作用。 [Objective] The aim was to observe the sedative and hypnotic effects of novel functional honey jujube(FHJ) to mice.[Methods] The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,control group,diazepam group,high dose FHJ group and low dose FHJ group.After continuously intragastric administration for 14 d,the spontaneous activities of mice were determined using spontaneous activity tester,and sleep functional evaluation test was carried out.[Result] Compared with control group,high and low dose FHJ can significantly inhibited spontaneous activities(P0.01),but no direct hypnotic effect of FHJ was observed.Compared with control group,high and low dose FHJ could prolong the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium,but there were no statistics differences.High and low dose FHJ could significantly enhance the sleeping rate induced by pentobarbital sodium at the threshold dose,but had no effect on the sleeping time.High and low dose FHJ also could decrease the sleeping latency period induced by barbital sodium,and the high dose group had significant differences comparing with control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] FHJ has obvious sedative and hypnotic functions.
