摘要 目的观察邻苯二甲醛(o-phthalaldehyde,OPA)对内镜的消毒效果。方法将60个使用过的内镜随机分为观察组和对照组各30个,观察组应用OPA进行内镜消毒,对照组应用2%戊二醛进行内镜消毒。消毒后比较两种消毒剂消毒内镜的效果、时间及消毒液使用周期。结果两种消毒液对内镜消毒效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),但是观察组消毒时间明显短于对照组,而且使用周期较长。结论OPA是一种安全、快捷、有效的消毒液,可用于内镜消毒,可缩短消毒时间,加快内镜设备的周转,缓解内镜供给压力。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of o-phthalaldehyde (OPA) in the disinfections of endoscopes. Methods Sixty used endoscopes were equally randomized into two groups: the experiment group and the control group. OPA and 2% glutaral were used to disinfect the endoscopes in the experiment group and in the control group, respectively. Samples .were collected from the channel and surface of all the endoscopes for bacteria culture after disinfection. The disinfection efficacy, time and cycle of the disinfections were compared between the two groups. Result The disinfection efficacy of two groups was not significantly different (P 〉 0.05), but the disinfection time in the experiment group was shorter than the control group. Conclusions OPA was an efficient and convenient antiseptic for the disinfection of endoscopes. It may shorten the disinfection time, accelerate the turnover of endoscopes and raise work efficiency.
