摘要
研究了用甲醇-水作为流动相从μ-Bondapak C18柱上分离和测定α-萘酚诸条件,建立了HPLC定量分析染发剂中α-萘酚的方法。借助于紫外检测器于波长285nm 处检测,其保留时间为9.32 m in,标准曲线的线性范围为10~200 ng,其检出限为0.45 ng(信噪比为2∶1),此方法准确、简单、快速、灵敏。
Separation and determination of α naphthol were investigated with a μ bondapak C 18 column by elution with methanol water. A HPLC method for quantitative analysis of α naphthol in hair dye was developed. α Naphthol was detected at 285 nm with UV detector and the retention time was 9.35 min. The standard curve based on peak area is linear in the range of 10~200 ng. Detection limit is 0.45 ng(at a signal to noise ratio of 2∶1). This method is accurate、simple、rapid and sensitive.
