摘要
运用问卷调查法、数理统计法对健身俱乐部不同消费动机会员服务满意度进行调查,结果表明:生存需要型会员与娱乐享受型会员的消费行为特征存在差别,对健身服务质量的诉求明显不同。针对不同动机类型会员提出了侧重点不同的服务营销策略,为健身俱乐部的经营提供参考。
With the research methods of questionaire investigation and statistics,the paper makes satisfaction investigation of club members with different consumption motives of fitness clubs.The paper reveals that the behavioral features of the members practising for survival and the members practising for fun are different and they have different demands for the fitness service quality.The paper proposes to provide different service marketing strategy for different types of members.
