摘要 A C\-\{18\} RP packing with low adsorption was prepared by use of gelation reaction. Benzene, phthlene, phenanthrene, aniline and pyridine were selected as test solutes to evaluate the column with a mobile phase of 65% ACN aqueous solution. The performance and the stability were showed well after 1 000 column volume of 65% ACN aqueous solution(containing 0 1% TFA) .The strong polar alkine molecular can be separated well.
