摘要
目的调查了解甘肃省0～14岁儿童水痘住院病例的疾病负担。方法根据经济发展水平和地理位置,选择兰州、天水、定西、酒泉、庆阳市,甘南州作为研究的现场,分别代表我省的经济状况好、中、差三个区域,抽取0～14岁儿童的临床诊断水痘住院病例78例,进行经济负担分析。结果每例水痘住院病例的总费用为1 781.03元,其中治疗费用为1 160.27元,占总费用的65.15%,陪护人员劳动损失等间接费用为620.76元,占总费用的34.85%,按照住院病例占水痘病例的0.5%,推算2007年全省0～14岁人群中水痘病例的经济负担为1.167亿元。结论目前甘肃省水痘病例的经济负担较重。
Objective To analyze the economic burden of inpatlents with varlceUa aged 0-14 m Gansu Frovmce. Methods According to the levels of economic development and geographical location,79 inpatient were sampled and analyzed, who were from the cities of Lanzhou,Tianshui, Dingxi,Jiuquan, Qingyang and Gannan prefecturesa and represented different economic situations of good, medium and poor in Gansu Province. Results The cost of hospitalisation was RMB 1781.03 yuan per case,including direct costs such as treatment costs accounting for 65.15% ,indirect costs including accompanying loss of personnel accounting for 34.85%. The total estimated cost of inpatients with varicella aged 0-14 in Gansu Province was RMB 116.7 million yuan. Conclusion The disease burden in Gansu Province is heavy.
