摘要
采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和化学分析等测试手段和分析方法,对加与不加稀土的水泥熟料形成过程进行了平行对比试验研究。结果表明,添加稀土后碳酸盐大量分解,一期固相反应、二期固相反应及硅酸三钙形成的温度分别比不加稀土时提前约10℃、15℃、25℃和35℃;达到同一煅烧程度时添加稀土的试料在高温下停留时间可缩短5~15min,证明添加稀土对水泥熟料的形成具有显著的促进作用。
The comparison studies on formation of cement clinker with or without rare earth have been carried out parallely by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA),X ray diffraction (XRD) and chemical analysis.The results show that a large amount of carbonate decomposed after the addition of rare earth and the temperatures for the first stage and the second stage solid phase reactions as well as for the formation of Ca 3SiO 5 decreased 10,15,25 and 35℃ respectively comparing with those without adding rare earth.And at the same calcining level,the staying time of raw meals at high temperature shortens 5~15 minutes.It shows that the addition of rare earth to raw meals promotes the formation of cement clinker.
