摘要
香蕉枯萎病是由尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(FOC)侵染引起的一种毁灭性土传维管束病害,严重影响世界香蕉产业的健康发展。为了寻求一种有效的生物防治香蕉枯萎病的方法,将饼肥以5种不同的碳氮比进行发酵,并用发酵液处理香蕉幼苗。盆栽试验结果表明,5种碳氮比饼肥发酵液均对香蕉枯萎病有一定防病效果,其中BF15处理防病效果最好、达到61.3%,显著高于其他处理。进一步研究发现,相比只接病原菌的B处理,5种碳氮比饼肥发酵液处理均能提高香蕉幼苗株高、鲜重、叶绿素含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性,同时降低MDA含量和相对电导率。其中BF15处理与B处理相比,株高、鲜重、叶绿素含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性分别提高37.5%、69.6%、47.6%、68.9%、48.4%、59.8%,MDA含量及相对电导率分别下降53.8%、50.2%。说明该饼肥以碳氮比为15进行发酵,其发酵液处理对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果较为理想。
Banana wilt disease is a devastating soil-borne vascular disease,caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(FOC) infection,and making a serious impact on the healthy development of the world's banana industry.In order to find an effective method to control banana wilt,the cake fertilizer was fermented in 5 different C/N ratio,then the fermentation broth was used to treatment banana seedlings.The potted results showed that,all of the 5 kinds of C/N ratio fermentation broth had some prevent offect on the banana wilt disease,and treatment BF15 had the best disease prevention(to 61.3%),significantly higher than other treatments.Further study found that,compared to treatment B(inoculated with the pathogen only),5 different C/N ratio cake fertilizer fermentation broth treatment could improve banana seedling height,fresh weight,chlorophyll content,SOD,POD,CAT activity,while reducing MDA content and relative electrical conductivity.Which treatment BF15,compared with treatment B,plant height,fresh weight,chlorophyll content,SOD,POD,CAT activity increased by 37.5%,69.6%,47.6%,68.9%,48.4%,59.8%,MDA content and relative conductivity rate decreased by 53.8%,50.2%.It followed that,when the C/N ratio of cake fertilizer fermentation was 15,the fermentation broth treatment the banana seedings had a good disease prevention effect.
