摘要
从肿瘤原发部位脱落并进入血液循环系统的细胞称为循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs),该细胞被认为是导致肿瘤远处转移发生的必要前提,其精确计数以及分子标记对于肿瘤患者的预后判断、疗效评价以及个体化治疗均有重要的指导作用。CellSearch系统是目前唯一通过美国FDA认证的CTCs检测技术,较少受到人为影响因素干扰,能够实现CTCs的半自动化检测并且具有较高的准确性和可重复性。本文拟综述CellSearch系统及其用于CTCs检测和分子标记方面的研究进展。
Cells shedding from the primary tumor site into the circulatory system are known as circulating tumor cells(CTCs),which is considered to be the necessary prerequisite that results in occurrence of distant metastasis.CTCs detection and molecular characterization are considered to be significant in prediction of tumor prognosis,evaluation of efficacy and individualized treatment.To date CellSearch system is the only FDA approved CTCs detection method,which realizes semi-automatic detection and can provide accurate and reproducible result.This article will review the CellSearch systerm and it's application in detection and characterization of CTCs.
