摘要
通过解析商务部国际商务官员研修学院改扩建项目的设计思路与设计手法,尝试提出类似改扩建项目的一种设计理念,即:对原有建筑功能布局进行巧妙的改造与利用;恰如其分地将新功能穿插安排其间;注重新老部分的和谐统一;在展示新建部分的特色下注意传递原有建筑的历史文化信息。延续、整合、提升是改扩建项目的设计宗旨。
Through analyzing the design ideas and methods for the renovation and expansion project of Academy for Inernational Business Officials（AIBO）of Chingese Ministry of Commerce,the paper atempts to put forward a design approach similar to this project,which is,to tactically arrange new functions around the existing layout of the building to maximize its utilization,to harmonize and unify of the enw and old parts ,and to preserve the historical and culturral messages of the existing building while showccasing the features of the newly buit part.Perpetuation,integration and elevation are the main desgn purpose of this renovation and expansion project
