摘要
无接触供电是物流装备移动供电的新技术,从电路特性、能量损耗和电磁结构3个方面研究了LCL谐振型无接触系统的传输性能。对谐振条件、输出功率和传输效率进行分析,探讨了系统的传导损耗、开关损耗和耦合损耗,仿真研究了U型电磁结构的互感特性,并基于理论研究和系统开发提出了减少系统损耗、改善传输性能的措施。
Contactless power supply is a new technology of mobile power supply for logistics equipment. This paper studies the transmission characteristics of the system through three respects: the circuit characteristics, energy loss and electromagnetic structure. The resonant condition, output power and transmission efficiency is analysed. The conduction, switching and coupling loss is discussed,and then the transformer characteristics of U type electromagnetic structure is studied by simulation. However, the measures to reduce losses and improve the transmission performance are put forward based on theoretical study and system development.
