摘要 研究矿渣掺量对于高强高性能混凝土性能的影响。水胶比为0.28,矿渣掺量达40%,可以配制出早期、后期强度均高于不掺矿渣、而水泥用量高达600kg/m~3的纯水泥混凝土的相应强度,这种配合比的混凝土28天强度在87MPa以上;并且流动性好,可以满足泵送需要;抗渗性好,属于渗透性“很低”的等级;耐久性高,使用寿命至少>75年;矿渣高强高性能混凝土对应的矿渣掺量可以高于40%。早期强度对应的矿渣掺量约为10%。 This paper studies the effect of quatity of blast furnace slag on the strength and durability of high strength concrete and high performance concrete. When the w/e is 0.28, and the quantity of blast furnace slag is 40 percent of total binder by weight, the strength of blast-furnace-slag concrete is higher than that of pure Portland cement concrete whose cement content is up to 600kg/m^3. The strength of blast-furnace-slag concrete at 28 day is higher than 87MPa; its workability is good to suit for pumping constrction; it has low permeability and its service life is up to 75 years. The optimization quantity of blast-furnace-slag is about 40 percent at long age and 10 percent at early age.
