摘要
近年来,群体性冲突事件发生的集中性、组织化的特点,已成为新的关注点。大量研究表明,利益补偿机制与表达机制的制度性缺陷以及相对剥夺感的社会认知和社会焦虑逐渐构成群体性冲突的外部和内部形成机制。科塞认为,"安全阀机制"可以使社会不满情绪得到发泄,从而维护整个社会的稳定和团结。针对快速转型期日益复杂的群体性社会冲突,我们迫切需要建立适合中国现阶段群体性冲突调节的"社会安全阀"机制,即为防止意外社会事件发生而建立的某种可以确保社会安全的装置或有意实施的安全体系。
In recent years, the characteristics of organization and concentration have become a new focus on the mass conflicts. Many studies indicate that interest compensation mechanism and the institutional deficiencies of expression mechanisms and social anxiety of relative deprivation gradually form the external and internal mechanism of groups' conflict. Coser believes that the safety valve mechanism could allow the society give vent to any discontents, so as to maintain the social stability and unity. In the light of increasingly complex group social conflicts in the rapid transitional era, we need to establish the "social safe-valve" mechanism which' s suitable for China's current group conflicts, that is, to establish the device which could prevent any social events and ensure social security or intend to implement the security system.
