摘要
目的观察复方黄连液低位保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法选择肛窦炎患者120例,随机分为3组,即治疗组、对照组a和对照组b各40例,治疗组采用复方黄连液每晚低位保留灌肠,对照组a采用甲硝唑加呋喃西林溶液每晚低位保留灌肠,对照组b采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏涂肛内进行治疗,观察1个疗程(12 d)。结果治疗组的治愈率(70.0%)及总有效率(97.5%)均明显优于对照组a和对照组b,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄连液低位保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎有确切疗效。
Objective To explore the effects of the low retention enema with compound Berberine decoction on anal sinusitis.Methods 120 patients with anal sinusitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 patients in each group.The patients were treated with the low retention enema with compound Berberine docoction every night in treatment group,p A with solution of metronidazole and nitrofurazone every night in control group,and with Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment in control group B,12 days one treatment course.Results The cure rate（70.0%） and the total efficiency（97.5%） in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment is very effective for anal sinusitis
