摘要
以苯甲酸、乙醇为原料,三元碳化合物Ti3AlC2和Ti2AlC为催化剂合成苯甲酸乙酯,采用内标法以高效液相色谱分析产品组成.结果表明,Ti3AlC2和Ti2AlC都具有一定的催化合成苯甲酸乙酯的作用.Ti3AlC2在高温下有利于苯甲酸乙酯合成,而Ti2AlC在低温下有利于苯甲酸乙酯的合成,并对催化反应机理进行了初步探讨.
Ethyl benzoate was synthesized by using benzoic acid and ethanol as the raw materials, Ti3AlC2 and Ti2 AlC ternary ceramics as the catalyst. The product components were analyzed through the internal standard method with HPLC. The catalytic properties of Ti3AlC2 and Ti2AlC were investigated in the synthesis of ethyl benzoate. The results showed that the higher of the cayalytic temperature of Ti3AlC2 was, the better the synthesis of ethyl benzoate, while the lower of the cayalytic temperature of Ti2AlC was , the better the synthesis of ethyl benzoate.
