摘要
对海北州1990－1999年麻疹发病情况进行分析，结果表明：10年里共发生麻疹病例587例，男性320例．占54.51％；女性267例，占45.49％；1993年和1997年各出现一次流行高峰；发病季节仍以2－6月为主，占86.03％;年龄分布主要在0－6岁和7－15岁组，发病趋向大年龄组。
The paper analyses the rubeola state in Haibei prefectute from 1990 to 1999. Results: Among 587 cases of rubeola in past 10 years, 320(54. 51 % ) were male wl1ile 267 (45. 49% ) female. The rubeola was much spreading in 1993 and 1997, from February to June (86. 03 % ), and in the age groups of 0-6 and 7- 15 with trends to older.
