摘要
目的了解医院感染现状,为进一步提高医院感染监控措施提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对2011年10月10日0:00～24:00的所有住院病例进行调查,床旁调查与查阅病历相结合、院感专职人员当日完成所有调查结果的审核、录入。结果调查住院患者1981人,医院感染89例,现患率为4.49%,感染部位以下呼吸道居于首位,占50.96%。结论医院感染现患率与国内综合医院感染率相当,医院感染现患率调查快速方便,资料准确,便于发现问题,能为医院感染防控措施的制定和目标性监测提供科学依据。
Objective： To learn about current hospital infections situation and further improve the measures of hospital infections supervision so that scientific evidence can be provided.Methods： The cross-sectional study method was adopted to carry out an investigation with all the cases from-0：00~24：00 in-10-10,2011.Bedside research was combined with the looking up of the illness records and examining as well as recording.Results： In all the 1981 patients,hospital infections were 89,and the prevalence rate was 4.49%.Lower respiratory tract was in the first place at 53.54%.Conclusion： The prevalence rate of hospital infections is correspondent with general hospitals domestically.It is fast to discover the prevalence rate of hospital infections and accurate in the research data,which can provide scientific evidence for hospital infections and supervision measures.
