Toric人工晶体矫正角膜散光及护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的 Toric人工晶体矫正角膜散光的疗效及护理配合。方法收集确诊为年龄相关性白内障100例106眼,植入AcrysofToric人工晶体,予以护理配合。结果术前患者BCVA为0.1～0.6,术后2个月92%患眼UCVA≥0.5,78%患眼UCVA≥0.8,BCVA≥0.8者达96%。术前角膜散光平均为(1.500±0.405)D,顺规散光10眼,斜轴散光10眼,逆规散光86眼,预期残余散光平均为(0.211±0.116)D,术后3个月残余散光为(0.200±0.179)D。结论 Toric人工晶体主要适用于伴有明显的角膜散光的白内障患者,临床值得推广。
