摘要
利用福建南平、福建永安、广东乳源、贵州从江、江西萍乡、江西大余、湖南宜章、福建尤溪、汀两吉水9个白花树(Styraxtonkinensis)地理种源的1年生苗木苗期测定材料,系统研究其苗木生长、叶片形态和生物量积累、分配等性状的种源遗传差异,研究结果表明白花树苗木生长和形态的各性状存在极显著的种源差异;恨、茎、叶各部分及总的生物量在种源间的差异达到显著或极显著水平;白花树各部分的生物量分配顺序为茎,叶〉根,地下部分/地上部分保持在0.21-0.48的较低水平;根据苗期种源测定结果初选出福建南平、福建永安和广东乳源3个优良种源,其苗高生长量比总体均值分别提高了15.03%-24.83%,地径生长量提高了4.49%-12.18%。
Determination on 1-year Styrax tonkinensis seedlings from 9 provenances of the main distribution areas was used to study provenance difference for seedling growth, leaf morphology, biomass accumulation and distribution. The results showed that there existed significant differences among provenances for seedling growth and morphology traits, as well as for roots, stems, leaves and total biomass. The sequence of biomass allocation was stem 〉 leaf 〉 root, the ratio of under-ground over above-ground biomass remained at a low level of 0.21 to 0.48. According to the determination results of different provenances seedling, 3 superior provenances ( Fujian Nanping, Fujian Yong'an and Guangdong Ruyuan ) were selected for their height growth increase of 15.03% - 24.83% than the mean one, and the ground diameter growth increase of 4.49% - 12.18%.
