摘要
介绍了光子计数成像系统的结构、工作原理和工作平台。实验中,为了防止粒子反馈到输入端及得到更高的电子倍增,微通道板(MCP)的通道一般会倾斜6°~8°。然而,这种倾斜会引起图像偏移,影响图像精确度,为了获得清晰的图像,采取了一些措施纠正偏移,主要通过修正电子云质心的偏移,提高图像的质量。
Single photon counting imaging system is introduced,and principle of workbench is described.The presence of MCP(Micro-channel Plate) pore bias induces image replacement in single photon counting imaging system.This is a precision study.In order to prevent ion feedback and acquire higher electron multiplication,MCP has their pore bias.However,the channel bias can shift the placement of image.To obtain better clear image,we take some steps to correct original image which is shifted.In the paper,through correcting the offset of centroid in charge cloud form MCP to improve the quality of image.
