乌鲁木齐市地表水源水厂升级改造中超滤技术的试验研究

摘要 针对乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊水库的水质问题,提出以超滤为核心的水厂升级改造建议,并进行实验室小试试验研究。试验结果表明,超滤膜出水浊度稳定在0.3NTU以下,膜系统对颗粒物的去除率达95%以上;在水源藻类爆发的条件下,超滤出水中藻细胞的去除率达98%以上,有效的保障了供水水质安全;在超滤进水前投加0.3mg/L高锰酸钾,超滤膜运行稳定,膜污染得到有效控制,跨膜压差上升较缓慢。 In the analysis of the problem of water quality in Urumqi Wulabo reservoir,the water plant up- grade recommendations was proposed by ultrafiltration(UF) system,and the process also was studied in laboratory test. The results showed that the water troubling out of ultrafiltration membrane was stable under 0.3 NTU,the particulates removal rate of membrane system was above 95%. The removal rate of algae cells out of ultrafiltration system were above 98 %which effectively safeguards quality of the water supply security in the condition of algae outbreak. Dosing 0.3 mg/L potassium permanganate in treatment water before flowing into the membrane component, ultrafiltration membrane operation was stable, membrane pollution was control led effectively,the TMP rise goes up more slowly.
