掺杂元素对非晶态纳米二氧化钛光催化性能的彤响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法将不同元素转入二氧化钛结构之中,分析元素掺杂对非晶态TiO2颗粒光催化性能的影响。以甲基橙溶液模拟目标污染物,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定甲基橙溶液光照前后吸光度的变化,结果表明,掺杂元素后的非晶态TiO2与未掺杂的纳米TiO2相比具有更好的光催化活性,其中,金属元素FeN最佳掺杂量为1.5%,降解率达到73.02%;稀土元素Ce的最佳掺杂量为1.5%,降解率达到73.33%;非金属元素SN最佳掺杂量为2.5%,降解率达到94.13%。 By adding different elements into the fabric of titanium dioxide with sol-gel method, the influence of doping elements on catalytic properties of amorphous TiO2 particles was analyzed. Simulating methyl orange as target pollutants, UV-visible spectrophotometer was used to measure the changes of absorbance of methyl orange before and after receiving the light in order to characterize the photo-catalytic properties of titanium dioxide particles doped with different elements under the same experimental condition. Experiments showed that the doped TiO2 has better photo-catalytic activity than pure TiO2.The optimal doping amount of Fe was approximately 1.5%, The optimal doping amount of Ce was 1.5% and, The optimal doping amount of S was 2.5%. Their degradation rates can reach up to 73.02%,73.33%,94.13%.
