摘要
本文以上海杉达学院为例,根据民办高校学生特点和辅导员队伍现状,从优化选聘模式、实行差别化培训方式、加强心理健康教育、提升时间管理能力等方面来论述提高上海民办高校辅导员的胜任力的方法。
Based on investigations carried out in Shanghai Sanda University, this paper discusses the methods to promote the job competence of counselors in Shanghai private colleges. It covers such issues as hiring mode optimization, training method differentiation, psychological health education, time management and ability improvement.
