摘要
系统调查了圆果大赤螨与龙眼角颊木虱的田间种群动态关系,并在实验室条件下测定了圆果大赤螨对龙眼角颊木虱的捕食作用。结果表明,圆果大赤螨对龙眼角颊木虱的田间种群具有明显的动态跟随效应和控制作用;捕食作用试验结果表明,圆果大赤螨成螨对龙眼角颊木虱的卵、1龄、2龄、3龄若虫的捕食功能反应均属于HollingⅡ型,捕食量都是随着猎物密度增加而增大,圆果大赤螨对龙眼角颊木虱的瞬时攻击率(a)按1龄若虫、卵、2龄若虫、3龄若虫依次降低,处置时间(Th)依次延长。圆果大赤螨成螨对龙眼角颊木虱不同虫态的取食选择性具有显著性差异,在相同猎物密度条件下,取食量大小顺序依次为1龄若虫、卵、2龄和3龄若虫,对4龄若虫表现为不取食。
The population dynamics of A. baccarum and nymph of C. sinica were systematic investigated in longan orchards in Fuzhou, Fujian province. And the laboratory studies on predation of A. baccarum adult on C. sinica were also conducted. The results showed that the population of A. baccarum correspondingly followed with that of C. sinica in longan orchards, and it also revealed that the A. baccarum performed sig- nificantly control effect on C. sinica. The functional responses of A. baccarum adult to ovum, the first, second and third instar nymph of C. sinica were all of Holling'S type II. The capitia of C. sinica predated by A. baccarum adult increased with the increasing of prey density. Conformed to order of the first instar nymph, ovum, the second and third instar nymph of C. sinica, the attacking rate of A. baccarum adult de- creased, and its handling time became longer. There were significant discrepancy of the feeding selectivi- ty of A. baccarum on different developmental stages of C. sinica. At the same prey density, the averaged feeding amount of A. baccarum adult on C. sinica decreased in order of the first instar nymph, ovum, the second and third instar nymph. But we founded that the A. baccarum adult couldn't successfully prey on the fourth instar nymph of C. sinica.
