摘要
合成一种水溶性润滑添加剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚单硫代磷酸酯化合物TPD,利用四球试验机和SRV-IV摩擦磨损试验机考察其在水-乙二醇基础液中的润滑性能。结果表明,含该化合物的水基润滑剂具有优良的承载能力和抗磨性能且在水中具有优异的稳定性;XPS电子能谱分析显示,该水溶性化合物在摩擦过程中生成了富含磷酸铁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁以及FeS、FeS2和一些含硫、氮小分子有机物组成的边界润滑膜,从而起到了良好的抗磨减摩作用。
A water-soluble thiophosphate TPD was synthesized and its tribological properties as additive for water-glycol base liquid were evaluated by four-ball machine, Optimol SRV-IV oscillating friction and wear tester. The results demon strate that this compound can greatly improve the extreme-pressure, friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of the base liquid, and it is extremely stable in water. Based on the X-ray electron photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)characterizations of the worn surfaces, the anti-wear mechanism was primarily proposed that the prepared compound TPD reacted with the steel surface during the friction process and generated a protective film mainly composed of phosphate, sulfide, sulfate, organic sulfur and amine.
