摘要
阐述了交流接触器短路环的工作原理。从交流接触器的动作特性、温升、功耗等方面进行仿真和试验。对比分析了影响短路环特性的几个重要因素,为接触器短路环的设计、产品性能提升和改进提供参考。
The principle of short-circuit ring for AC contactor was introduced. And from some aspects of AC contactor＇ s operating characteristics, temperature rising and power consumption, some important factors which in- fluence on the characteristics of short-circuit ring were comparably analysed by using the method of simulation anal- ysis and experimentel verification. These can provide reference for the design of eontactor＇ s short-circuit ring, the promotion of product performance and improvement of short-circuit ring.
