摘要
模具的设计与制造是RTM工艺中的关键技术 ,本文对RTM模具设计所涉及的基本设计原则、模具材料性能要求、基本计算方法、树脂流动浸润规律、基本结构设计如注入孔位置、夹紧结构、密封结构及定位装置等进行了较详尽的探索和研究 。
Mould design and manufacturing are critical technologies in RTM process, this paper mainly investigates the principal of mould design, the requirements of mould material, elemental computing methods, the theory of resin flow and some structural design such as the location of in jects and vents, clamping mechanism, seal and guiding mechanism etc., it also provides some relevant design data.
