摘要 学前教育工作是实践性很强的专业工作,要求学前教育教师必须具备良好的职业能力。当前学前教育改革对学前教育教师的职业能力也提出了更高的要求。在学前教育专业人才培养中,设置以学前教育教师职业能力为导向的课程体系,培养出具有大学生素质又能适宜学前教育工作要求的学前教育教师,可以从根本上解决当前学前教育事业面临的师资难题。 Kindergarten's care and education are the professional work with strong practicality, which require preschool teachers to have good vocational ability. With the current reform of preschool education, teachers are required to have higher occupation ability. In cultivating preschool education talents offering curriculum system oriented by the teachers' occupation ability, cultivating preschool teachers with graduates' quality that fit for the teaching of kindergarten, can fundamentally solve the problem of teachers of preschool education at present.
