摘要
针对目前野外条件下水利监控的实际情况,提出了一种在野外工作环境下的水利视频监控系统,其前端设备采用太阳能供电,采集的图像视频通过3G通信方式传输至监控中心,监控中心获得前端图像视频信息后存储、转发、回放并分析处理图像视频信息,获得相关水文水资源与水利工程运行实时数据。实际运行结果表明,该系统能较好地解决当前水利行业野外条件下前端监控设备无供电和数据传输问题,且通过智能分析处理获得了水文水资源、水利工程运行状态等关键信息,为防汛抗旱、水资源管理等水利业务管理与科学决策提供了技术支撑。
This paper proposes a new water conservancy video monitoring technical project in field conditions. The technical project uses the solar energy to supply power for the front equipment, and video images acquired are transmitted to the monitoring center by means of 3G communication. On the one hand, the monitoring center stores, transfers and re plays the video information; on the other hand, it analyzes the information to obtain relevant water resource information and water conservancy project real-time data. The system provides a solution to power supply and data transmission for the front device of the current water resource management equipment in the field. Through intelligent analysis of hydrology and water resources, information for running state of water conservancy projects, the system can support flood control and drought resistance, water management, business management and scientific decision-making.
