摘要
考察了无机阻燃剂Al(OH)3、十溴联苯醚(DBDE)/Sb2O3复合阻燃剂和磷系FR-710阻燃剂对缩合型RTV有机硅粘接剂力学性能及燃烧性的影响。结果表明,当Al(OH)3用量为80份时,有机硅粘接剂的剪切强度和拉伸强度分别达到最大值1.67MPa和2.41MPa,而DBDE/Sb2O3复合阻燃剂和磷系FR-710阻燃剂的加入,使得试样的拉伸强度和剪切强度明显降低。在Al(OH)3用量为80份的基础上,复合阻燃剂和FR-710用量分别为15份、12份时,RTV阻燃有机硅粘接剂的燃烧时间接近2s。
Silicone adhesive for smoke flues requires flame retardancy. In this paper,the effects of inorganic flame retardant A1 (OH) 3, decabromodiphenyl ether (DBDE)/Sb2O3 and phosphorus flame retardant of FR-710 on mechanical and flame properties of RTV silicone adhesive were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength and shear strength of silicone adhesive are maximum 1.67 MPa and 2. 41 MPa respectively when the content of AI(OH)a was 80 phr. However, the tensile strength and shear strength are obviously decreased after DBDE/Sb2O3 and FR-710 were used. On the base of 80 phr AI(OH)3, the burning time of silicone adhesive is almost 2 seconds when DBDE/Sb2O3 and FR-710 are 15 phr, 12 phr respectively.
