住院医师规范化培训带教理念与实践的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 目的提高住院医师规范化临床培训的教学效果。方法选取60名在影像科学习的住院医师,采取综合教学法,强调重基础、多综合、大影像、小书本的带教理念,采用基础知识与临床实践相结合、与学科发展方向相结合、精选课程的带教方法,其考核结果与60名用简单带教方法带教的对照组住院医师比较。结果综合教学法组考核成绩为81.55±0.88,对照组成绩为77.64±1.24,综合教学组的成绩明显高于对照组(t=19.19,P<0.01)。结论综合教学法易于被学生所接受,提高了教学质量,使学生对将来走向工作岗位充满信心。 Objective To improve standardization of clinical residency training in teaching. Methods Sixty subjects in the study of the resident image and take an integrated approach, emphasizing basic, more comprehensive, big picture, small books with a teaching philosophy, the use of basic knowledge and clinical practice, combined with academic development, selection of teaching methods courses, the examination results and 60 with a simple teaching method of teaching in the control group residents compared. Results A comprehensive set of assessment of teaching performance 81.55 ±0.88, con- trol group scores 77.64 ±1.24, t value 19.19, P 〈 0.01. Integrated teaching group performed significantly better. Conclu- sion Comprehensive approach is easily accepted by students, to improve the quality of teaching so that students work to- ward the future with confidence.
