二甲双胍抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 近年来糖尿病与恶性肿瘤的关系逐渐被人们重视,许多研究提示糖尿病,尤其是2型糖尿病,与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。糖尿病导致恶性肿瘤发病率增加的确切机制尚不清楚,比较认同的观点是与高血糖本身、高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗有关。二甲双胍为双胍类口服降糖药,是一种广泛使用的主要针对2型糖尿病治疗的一线药物,它不仅有降血糖作用,还有抗肿瘤的生物效应。
