摘要
采用超声波辅助溶剂提取法提取火麻仁油,在单因素实验的基础上,运用Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计原理进行实验设计,建立料液比、超声时间、超声温度与火麻仁油得率之间的数学模型,通过对该模型的响应面分析,得出超声波提取火麻仁油的最佳条件为:料液比1:17(g/mL)、超声时间27min、超声温度20℃,在此条件下,火麻仁油得率为33.34%。
The purpose was to establish an optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction of hemp seed oil.Based on the single factor analysis,a 3-factor,3-level Box-Behnken experimental design was taken to evaluate the effects of the three factors,including ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature.The interactions of each factor on the extraction yield were investigated with response surface analysis(RSA).Results indicated that the optimal extracting conditions were as follows:ratio of material to liquid was 1:17(g/mL),ultrasonic time was 27min,ultrasonic temperature was 20℃,and under these conditions the extraction yield was 33.34%.
