血管回声跟踪技术评价主动与被动吸烟者动脉弹性功能 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价主动吸烟者与被动吸烟者颈总动脉和股动脉血管弹性功能的应用价值。资料与方法利用ET技术检测主动吸烟组、被动吸烟组、正常对照组颈总动脉及股动脉,每组40例,通过内-中膜厚度(IMT)、僵硬度(β)、压力-应变弹性系数(Eρ)、动脉顺应性(AC)、脉搏波放大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)评价动脉硬化程度。结果主动吸烟组、被动吸烟组与正常对照组颈总动脉及股动脉IMT比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主动吸烟组、被动吸烟组β和Eρ均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AC均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AI、PWVβ均显著高于正常对照组,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ET技术可早期发现被动吸烟者和主动吸烟者血管内皮功能改变,测量结果精确,是一种无创、便捷的检查方法。 Purpose To explore the value of echo-tracking technology (ET) in evaluating carotid artery elasticity function of passive smokers and active smokers.Materials and Methods 40 active smokers,40 passive smokers and 40 health persons were included in this study.Quantitative analysis of arteriosclerosis degree at the carotid artery and the femoral artery was made by ET,including intimamedia thickness (IMT),stiffness parameters (β),pressure-strain elastic modulus (Eρ),arterial compliance (AC),pulse amplification index (AI),and pulse wave transmission speed (PWVβ).Results There was no significant difference of IMT among the three groups (P 0.05).β and Eρ were higher in passive and active smokers than those of normal group (P 0.05).AC was lower in passive and active smokers than that of normal group (P 0.05).There were statistic differences among the three groups in AI and PWVβ(P 0.05).Conclusion ET can be used as a convenient and non-invasive method to access the vessel endothelial dysfunction of passive and active smokers accurately.
