根据2011年爱房网上长沙市最新楼盘数据,运用地理信息系统的空间分析方法,使用Ar-cGIS软件分析影响长沙房地产价格分布的相关因子,生成房价影响因子空间相关性专题图,并以交通条件为例,定量分析道路与房价的相关程度。
According to 2011 latest data on Aifang Website of Changsha, analyzes the influence of real es- tate price distribution of Changsha correlation factors, applying spatial analysis of GIS, and ana- lyzes the relationship between estate prices and the influencing factors.Generation spatial corre- lation of thematic map, and traffic condition as an example, quantitative analyses the relation- ship of road and price.
