摘要
目的:观察不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙对冠心病合并高脂血症老年患者的临床效果比较。方法:将冠心病合并高脂血症老年患者102例分为A、B两组,每组51例,A组用剂量20mg的瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行治疗;B组用剂量10mg进行治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、血脂达标率、并发症和不良反应比较分析。结果:研究发现,A组患者的临床疗效、血脂达标率明显优于B组患者,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者在并发症和不良反应方面统计学差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙对冠心病合并高脂血症的老年患者临床疗效显著、安全。
objective to different doses of rosuvastatin calcium on coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in elderly patients with clinical effect comparison.Method of coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia ： 102 cases of elderly patients with 20mg,group A dose of rosuvastatin calcium treatment;group B dose for 10mg,average each of 51 cases.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,success rate of blood lipids,complications and adverse reaction analysis.Results the study found that,in the A group,the clinical success rate of blood lipids of patients was significantly higher than that of B group,statistically significantly（P0.05）;the two groups of patients in the complications and adverse reaction was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion large dose of rosuvastatin calcium on coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in the elderly patients with clinical efficacy,safety.
