铁皮石斛种质资源研究中的DNA条形码初探 被引量:21

摘要 为了规范铁皮石斛种质资源及相关产品鉴定,开展条形码基因的初步筛选,通过对铁皮石斛叶绿体相关基因(rbcL、trnH-psbA、rbl16)进行扩增、测序、序列对比、聚类分析发现:rbcL基因可将市场上常易混淆的石斛种苗有效区分,但rbcL基因作为石斛属条形码基因需要扩大范围进一步深入研究。 In order to regulate the identification of Dendrobium officinale germplasm resources and relative products, preliminary screening of the barcoding genes was conducted by amplification, sequencing,sequence alignment and cluster analysis of D. officinale chloroplast-related genes (rbcL, trnH-psbA, rb116). The result showed that the dendrobium seedlings easy to be confused in the market could effectively be distinguished by the rbcL gene, but further research should be made before the rbcL ene could be used as a barcoding gene of Dendrobium.
