摘要
在对西北地区农村民房实地调研的基础上,根据承重结构、建筑材料和工艺的不同,将其划归为生土墙体承重房屋、砖砌墙体承重房屋、木构架承重房屋和混合承重房屋。研究表明,不同类型房屋分布具有明显的区域性和年代特征,抗震性能差异较大,但均存在不同程度的地震安全问题;提高西北地区农村民房的抗震能力,需要加快实施农居地震安全工程,加快危房的拆除重建和抗震加固工作,开展民房抗震技术研究,推广抗震农居。
Based on investigations to rural buildings in northwest China, they are classified to raw-wall bearing house, brick-wall bearing house, timber-frame bearing house and mixed- construction bearing house by the difference of load-bearing structure, building materials and technology. The paper shows that rural houses have obviously regional characteristics and building age. It also shows great differences of anti-seismic performance and security problems more or less. For improving anti-seismic level of rural houses, it needs to accelerate seismic security projects of rural buildings, dismantlement and reconstruction of dangerous houses, to launch research of anti-seismic technology, and to popularize anti-seismic rural houses.
