摘要
倾听技术是心理咨询会话中最重要的技术,是心理咨询师获取来访者心理问题信息的重要方式之一。非选择性倾听,是让来访者掌握主动权,咨询师只以注意倾听作为反应,给来访者充分的时间,通过非语言行为、副语言、简短接话和沉默中倾听等具体技术的应用,鼓励和激发来访者尽可能自由地诉说,以探索问题所在,保证咨询顺利进行和咨询目标的实现。
Listening skills play an important role in psychological counseling.They are also the important ways for counselors to obtain the information concerning psychological problems of the help-seekers.The application of non-selective listening aims to let the help-seekers become active while the counselors respond only by listening attentively so as to give the help-seeker enough time,and meanwhile encourage and stimulate them to talk freely.The application of such skills as non-verbal behavior,paralanguage,brief conversation and silence can ensure the success of counseling.
