摘要
临床上脑出血、脑梗死、脑水肿等脑血管疾病可引起颅内压增高,而迅速降低颅内压一直是研究的热点。脱水剂作为降颅压的常用药物,已被大量事实证明其安全有效,而七叶皂苷钠是一种纯天然的植物药,使用它来降低颅内压效果明显且不良反应少,因此引起越来越多学者的关注。现就近年来七叶皂苷钠降低颅内压的理论依据和研究进展予以综述。
Clinical cerebrovascular diseases which include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and cerebral edema can cause intracranial pressure increase, therefore rapid decreasing intracranial pressure has always been the research focus. Dehydrant as a commonly-used drug for lowering cranial pressure has been proved to be safe and effective by massive facts. Sodium aescinate is a natural plant medicine, and using it to reduce the intracranial pressure has obvious effect and less adverse reaction, so it＇s attracting more and more attention of scholars. Here is to make a brief review on the theoretical basis and research progress of sodium aescinate used in lowering intraeranial pressure.
